PASA and PSBA are seeking relevant and compelling presentations for the 2020 conference! Topics should appeal to a broad school leader audience and be presented in one of the new formats listed below.
Traditional Presentation – Traditional presentations focus on a single topic or program, typically including a talk or presentation followed by questions and answers.
Roundtable Discussions – Presenters briefly introduce the idea or issue they wish to explore and then open the discussion for input and exchange of ideas among participants. The purpose of this format is “more discussion, less lecture” and a focus on content delivery.
Interactive Presentation – Interactive sessions provide an extended opportunity for participant engagement and peer learning (e.g. guided small group discussions, polls, quizzes, case study examination, etc.).
Panel Discussion – Discussion focuses on a specific topic among a selected group of expert panelists who share can offer differing perspectives on a common topic area. Panels should consist of no more than may not have more than four participants plus a moderator.
EDtalk – Short (20-25 minute) discussion sessions on topics related to best practices, new insights or current trends. NO presentation slides or other audiovisual aides should be utilized.Submit a Proposal >>
